Express Yoga Session
Stressed hard working staff? Group health Retreat? On-site yoga is here. Book a yoga teacher to guide you, your friends and fellow team members into a positive, energised and better you. A minimum of 2 consecutive Express Yoga classes required per call out. Most suburbs serviced, please call or email with the location post code to confirm we can come to you.
Treatment
- 30 minute yoga class (Hatha) for beginners to advanced, with explanation on the benefits of yoga with accompanying yoga music
