Express Foot Reflexology
Express Foot Reflexology is a condensed reflexology session, with pressure focusing on all major areas of the body (via the feet). A great way to relax and bring balance and calm to the mind and body. Your mobile reflexology therapist will come to your home, office or hotel, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice required. Common request – Express Foot Reflexology + Express Table massage (focusing on back neck scalp and shoulders). A minimum booking / call out is 60 minutes so this service is often booked for 2 people or with other services.
Treatment
- 30 minutes working on the feet, ankle & toes to relieve pain, increasing mental & physical wellbeing
- (In pregnancy, can only be done from week 13 onwards)
